Josef Pačes

I am independent IT freelancer with more than 7 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Verification. I have full knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle, from design of requirements, through design of test cases and execution to test report delivery. I have the ability of deep investigation of issue, I am able to found the root cause and offer solution or workaround if possible.

I can be part of team, cooperate effectively with other team members and I can work on my own as well. I have skills to effectively lead people, and thus deliver software on time, meet deadlines and assure its quality. I have very good communications skills, and I am used to communicate with both local co-workers and teams located abroad.
